Three’s threat to 3G data
EH? I only use 20 megs or so a month judging by my previous bills. Lets see their Website:
No information there. Three’s fair usage policy> says I am entitled to 1G of traffic. I am quite confident I am nowhere near that mark.
I’ve contacted Three via the Website form and later they called me from India and I ended the call with email me (you want proof). They’ve followed up with two further calls. Still no email. Very poor customer service from Three as usual.
I heard a frightening story on Radio4 this morning about someone who downloaded the Apprentice via a mobile 3G connection and I was charged 4k GBP. These 3G data services are run by cow boys.
UPDATE: One week after I contacted Three I get a confusing response.

Kai, I am just not sure that this is an appropriate construct of a complaint letter.
Particularly the WTF to finish.
