Mailing list subscriptions
Since mutt can’t tell me how many messages are in each procmail filtered IMAP folder I wrote a little script that could.
That combined with a cronjob and a HTML template, I now have a listing that I can check from time to time.
Didn’t realise I was subscribed to 60+ lists.

Hi.
Try apt-get install buffy, then run ‘buffy’ on X.
If you apt-get source it instead, there’s source code examples for a commandline tool for mail folder summary and watch.
Perl, Python and Ruby bindings for libbuffy are ready at http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/buffy/bindings/trunk and I just need help in packaging them into a perl+python+ruby policy compliant debian package.
